Always with our ear to the market, we see new challenges arising from changing customer needs as an opportunity for product enhancements and software optimisations to maximise customer benefit.

Quality orientation

We constantly put our software solutions to the test with a process-orientated quality management system certified to DIN standard ISO 9001:2015. This ensures that intuitive usability, process optimisation, security and market and legal requirements are met at all times. This high quality standard contributes not least to the success of our company.

Employee orientation

Individual employee orientation and development are key success factors for us. Here, we rely on flat hierarchies, open communication and constructive cooperation. As a sign of appreciation towards our employees, we have launched the FeelGood programme, which, for example, takes into account the compatibility of work and family life through flexible working hours and home office options. We are committed to our responsibility towards the next generation by offering people the opportunity to undergo vocational training and existing employees the opportunity for regular further and advanced training.

Our actions are always geared towards profitability in order to ensure the success of the company, job security, our entrepreneurial freedom of action and the long-term increase in the value of our company. We focus on healthy growth from our own resources with a consistent multi-product policy and concentration on long-term customer relationships. In order to remain competitive and technologically up to date, investments in computer centres, hardware and software as well as in business premises, new employees and employee development are part of our corporate policy.

Workstations/ergonomics

When designing workstations, we attach great importance to measures that maintain and promote health. It goes without saying that occupational health and safety aspects are also taken into account at all times. The design of the workstations should serve the well-being of our employees and take into account the individual needs of each person.

Sustainability

We fulfil our responsibility towards the environment by using only renewable energy wherever possible, e-cars in our vehicle fleet and energy-saving work equipment. We also promote environmental awareness by offering e-bike leasing for our employees. The entire team is encouraged to act and use company resources in the most energy-efficient and environmentally friendly way possible in every area of work.

Data protection

It is important for our company to recognise the rights of individuals with regard to their personal data and privacy as a fundamental personal right. We are committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of all persons associated with our company.
